This project represents a reflection on the human habitat, where architecture ceases to be a mere volume and becomes an experience. Through a volumetric game of cubes, the unique form challenges cold urban rationalism, while textures in terracotta and beige restore our primordial connection with the earth and warmth. On the anthropological level, the passage towards the inner courtyard marks the transition from external density to the tranquility of the community. The amphitheater, water and greenery encourage social interaction, while sustainable technology respects the rhythm of the environment. This vision of “G-Project” was awarded first place in a competition (design competition) among renowned competing studios and was then detailed into a main project, under the coordination of a professional jury, composed of distinguished professors of architecture and engineering, in collaboration with the property owners and the investor. FINÈSA Avenue, by KAA-G Invest, is a business and residential complex in Prizren where the well-thought-out function serves as a stage for life that flows in harmony with the habitat.
